MARCO are proud to sponsor the 'Mad Dog and Englishman' team in this years Mongol Rally. Jonathan Stevens formerly of Marco (now a policeman) has taken on this brave challenge.

The Mongol Rally 2008 started on July 19th 2008 from London. The 10,000 mile/3 week journey takes the team across Europe, through a plethora of countries before (hopefully) arriving in Mongolia. The rules state that the car must have an engine with no more than 1 litre of power.

The Mongol Rally isn't just about adventure, it's also about raising money for some great charities. Last year the rally topped £200,000 and they hope to smash that this year.

Each team coming on the Rally raises a minimum of £1000 for the Rally charities, with the car itself donated at the end of the challenge.
