FGM ensures that customer orders are collated and dispatched in the most accurate and efficient manner. FEFO picking, time based loading & bi-directional interaction with proprietary RFID systems all combine to ensure costly loading errors are a thing of the past.

Dispatch orders are downloaded using the DEM module, and scheduled according to planned time slots. The FGM module ensures all items are palletised according to the specific order requirement. A further enhancement provides an interface from FGM to proprietary RFID tag scanning systems. The palletised quantities are advised to the RFID hoop, for it to verify and advise the correct quantity has been dispatched.

FMG is also able to import destination details and load profiling. This ensures vehicles are loaded with the correct products for the allocated destinations, and the pallets are loaded onto the truck in the correct order for off loading.

The load data is recorded and transferred electronically onto the destination site ensuring the hub has notification of the exact delivery details ahead of time.
