is correctly and speedily set up for a run. LCM quite simply
provides a 'one' button set up procedure, eliminating the
need to visit each piece of equipment for individual configuration.

staff trained on a variety of specialised machinery. LCM
incorporates the skill factor, into the communications protocols
it maintains for each piece of equipment, and requires only
the push of a button to implement these in setting the exact

During a production run, it is vital for management information
to be presented quickly and based on real time performance
data. This allows decisions and actions to be taken on an
'act now' and have an effect, rather than historic reporting
when it is too late and the only action is to review the
consequences. LCM is the tool that puts the 'act now' information
at the fingertips of managers, displayed at either desk
top PC's or large shop floor displays where all line staff
