Work
orders containing the recipe BOM, with the number and size
of the batches, are downloaded from the ERP system using
a routine in TRAC-IT DEM.

The scheduling of when an order is
required for dispensing, is controlled by TRAC-IT
ITM
and planned for movement to production in time to meet the
planned run time.

Weighing guidance routines ensure that an operator achieves
an in tolerance target weight for each of the item lines
in the BOM. A visual graphic shows progression to the target,
going through a range of colour changes to indicate under/correct/over
target. The line is only marked as complete, when RFM
verifies the line is weighed to the specification, and the
batch completed when all lines are accepted.

These RFM routines monitor
all the dispensing operations, providing a constant independent
check to ensure the technical specification is met consistently.
The 'green for accept' for an in target tolerance, effectively
de skills the dispensing operation without any weighing
interpretation or experience required, and independent of
language or numeracy level.

It is vital during the handling of material during the weighing
operation, that the Company's commitment to the health and
safety of its operators is held paramount. RFM
undertakes this responsibility, by maintaining a comprehensive
messaging facility specific to the material the operator
is exposed to. This is user defined, and typically used
to indicate the correct protective dress code is worn, or
extraction switched on.

To assist the Company to further comply with the Health
and Safety Executive requirements, RFM
again steps in on behalf of the Company. The HSE hazard
symbols and text phrase are maintained by TRAC-IT, and associated
to the relevant material an operator may be exposed to during
a TRAC-IT module control procedure.
