MARCO announce that the latest range of Operator HMI Terminals have all achieved IP69K accreditation. This certification adds to MARCO’s extensive library of hardware and software accreditations including ISO 9001:2015, NTEP, and ATEX. These accreditations are the result of decisive steps taken throughout the design and production processes to ensure all hardware is ruggedized and factory-ready. By utilising techniques such as open-channel designs and full stainless-steel/fully welded fabrication, all solutions are compatible with any ‘High Care’ environment. This ensures that MARCO’s solutions can be installed within the most demanding factories found in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fresh produce, and food manufacturing.
The IP69K accreditation indicates that MARCO’s hardware has achieved the maximum ranking possible for protection against solids and liquids. This rigorous testing and certification give MARCO’s clients total confidence that their hardware will be able to withstand the harshest of factory environments. Devices can be cleaned aggressively with complete confidence meaning the risk of contamination from mold and bacteria entering the device is eradicated.

MARCO’s CheckMaster performing equally well during the high pressure/high temperature water ingress testing.
MARCO’s CheckMaster, LineMaster V, and latest TechMaster terminals all underwent a series of tests to achieve the IP69K accreditation. The entire range was subjected to continuous spraying from high pressure/high temperature hoses as well as full submersion to test for any water ingress. The solids ingress was tested by running the hardware within specially designed dust pressure chambers.
“The achievement of this accreditation is testament to the hard work done by MARCO’s design and production teams to ensure all MARCO’s factory hardware can be installed with confidence within any factory setting.” Murray Hilborne, MARCO Group CEO
