The MARCO office will be closed from 22nd December 2023 – 2nd January 2024.
Our last shipping date for UK delivery before Christmas is 18th December,
subject to stock availability.
Our last shipping date for International delivery before Christmas is 8th December,
subject to stock availability.
For Hi-Care Contract Customers
Between Christmas and the New Year remote engineering cover will be provided for emergencies only. If you call the main number during this time you will be directed to the out of hours service who will raise the call and have an on-call engineer to contact you.
For Non-Contact Customers
We will be available again from 2nd January 2024.
Please note there will be no support service on 25th December and 1st January 2024
