The MARCO Checkweigher is designed and manufactured to the highest engineering standard with reliability and longevity for use in demanding environments.
Designed to ensure that all packs that pass through it contain the correct weight of product as specified by the customer’s batch requirements. If a pack is detected outside of the specification it automatically rejects and diverts it from the production line onto the reject conveyor for manual checking.
The MARCO Checkweigher can function as standalone, as a ‘policeman’ device, or fully linked to MARCO Trac-IT® YCM offering the essential final weight ‘closed-loop’ feedback control.
