Our last shipping date for spare parts for UK delivery before Christmas is 19th December, subject to stock availability.

Our last shipping date for International delivery before Christmas is 9th December, subject to stock availability.

For Hi-Care Contract Customers
Between Christmas and the New Year remote engineering cover will be provided for emergencies only. If you call the main number during this time you will be directed to the out of hours service who will raise the call and have an on-call engineer to contact you.

For Non-Contact Customers
We will be available again from 3rd January 2023.

Please note there will be no support service on 25th December and 1st January.
